Your treatment begins with custom-made KöR-Seal™ whitening trays that fit closely and comfortably around your teeth. Depending on the whitening plan Dr. Barbosa recommends for you, treatment may involve wearing your trays at home during the day or overnight for a period of two weeks. Some KöR treatment options also include an in-office whitening visit for an additional boost.
Concerned about sensitivity? KöR incorporates a desensitizing treatment into its at-home whitening protocols to help keep patients comfortable throughout the process.
Once you’ve reached a shade you love, your custom trays can be used for occasional at-home maintenance to help keep your smile looking bright—even if you’re not quite ready to give up your morning coffee.
Opalescence Go Trays
Looking for a simple way to give your smile a refresh? Opalescence Go™ offers professional-strength whitening in convenient, ready-to-use prefilled trays—no impressions or custom trays required.
Each kit includes 10 prefilled whitening treatments designed to be used at home. The flexible trays comfortably adapt to your teeth, making whitening as simple as opening the package, placing the trays, and wearing them for the recommended amount of time.
Treatment can take as little as 15–20 minutes per day. Most patients use one treatment per day until they reach their desired shade. Their unique whitening formula incorporates potassium nitrate and fluoride to help the gel treatment stay on your teeth. The formula is made to reduce sensitivity while strengthening enamel and protecting teeth from cavities.
